About Continuity Planners Australia

Continuity Planners Australia is a division of Nisbet & Associates Pty Ltd a business consulting firm established in 1998, based in Sydney, Australia.

Continuity Planners Australia works with major public and private sector organizations, and with small medium sized enterprises in all sectors of industry to develop, implement and test their business continuity and sustainability plans. We aim to increase the sustainability of business practices, even when unexpected events occur.

The founder and principal consultant is Graham Nisbet MBCI.

Continuity Planners Australia’s projects include:

• Managing the implementation of the first structured business continuity plan for a significant funds management organization.

• A two year project to develop, refine and test the business continuity plans for a general insurance company with 3500 staff, multiple nationwide sites and significant IT operations.

• Development of the Pandemic policy and plans for a major insurance and funds management organisation 

• Development and testing of business continuity plans for a manufacturing concern

• Conducting crisis team rehearsals for NSW state government departments  

• Guiding a university through the development of a business continuity plan process, developing and implementing the business continuity plan for one office of the university administration.

• Development of crisis management and business continuity plans for a licensed club.

• Assisting business to develop sustainable working practices that will be effective in times of disaster.
