Know who is to be in charge in a crisis and who is needed in the Crisis Management Team
- The most senior manager⁄owner would usually be head of the crisis management team.
- Also on the team should be the other senior managers, along with a communications⁄PR person, an IT specialist and your human resources person, also the person who deals with the landlord.
- Each person needs a back up person to step into the team should someone be away, or even worse injured in the crisis event
