You don't know if the plan is complete or effective until you test it!
No plan is worth the paper it’s written on until it has been tested. Each year, each person who has a role in either managing your crisis and⁄or recovering the business, has to be involved in a structured rehearsal.
A skilled external facilitator should be engaged to develop a detailed scenario and to conduct a half day rehearsal⁄test session to check that everyone knows what they are to do and that all of the information in the plans is accurate and up to date.
