If something has gone wrong, you may need to call all of your staff, your suppliers and key customers.
- List the after-hours and mobile numbers of all your staff in an easily accessible form
- Store the list away from the usual business location
- Likewise, list the numbers and⁄or emails for all of your customers and suppliers
- Develop a structured plan showing who is responsible to contact each key person
