Continuity and Business Resilience - Are you prepared?

As the words suggest, business continuity is all about continuing the business, in the face of incidents such as:

Fires and floods, cyclones and earthquakes
Infestations or contamination
Loss of key people, suppliers, computing
Loss of access to premises, plant and machinery
And a thousand other losses of materials and support that the business needs to continue its operation

Business continuity takes an all hazards approach to your business resilience and survival. It doesn’t matter what has caused you to not be able to continue business as usual. What is important is having a plan for how you will continue business in the face of the interruption incident.

Once the incident happens, it’s a bit late to develop a plan
